Fathom is an AI meeting note taker: it records Zoom, Google Meet and Teams calls, transcribes them and writes a summary. (Not to be confused with Fathom Analytics, the website analytics tool.)
Most "Fathom reviews" pages give it a score. We don't. On StuckBoard, Fathom is UNRATED because we haven't yet linked a public owner report saying they kept it or ditched it. What we can give you is exactly what it costs and how it stacks up on price.

If you're one person and mostly need recordings plus a summary, Fathom's free plan has no recording cap on the pricing page. Otter's free plan caps you at 300 transcription minutes a month, and Granola's free plan only keeps 30 days of history.
For a paying team of 2, Fathom Team billed yearly is 2 × $15 = $30 a month. Otter Pro billed yearly is 2 × $8.33 = about $16.66, and Fireflies Pro is 2 × $10 = $20. Fathom's CRM field sync needs Business at $25/user billed yearly.
